at this point of time.

please help me understand pain and lost.
the lost of self; the ability to be one's self again.
the lost of pleasure is the hello of my pain.

this is a pain. it's a mental torture.
it's a physical inability.
psychologically, it's messing with me.

i want my shoulder back.
